Simple to setup and long!

These lights arrived quickly and were super simple to setup.

The lights are really bright and the whole kit seems to be well manufactured. The Power supply was an Australian plug which was helpful.

You can use the infra red remote control the lights or download the app to control them over Bluetooth. It took about a minute for the Bluetooth device to show up.

There are two lengths of LED strip so the LED driver is in the middle. Wires can be cut and joined with connectors (not included) or soldered although I have not cut mine yet.

The backing tape is generic double-sided tape and not 3M. I am not installing the lights permanently yet so have not tried the adhesion out but there is extra tape and some fasteners in the kit which help secure the cables - something I have never seen in a light kit before.

All the lights change colours together (and don't run patterns down the length of the light strip). The LED driver can listen to music and change with the beat or your phone can play music and change the lights to the beat.

All in all, the lights are quality and simple to setup and do recommend them.

This product should be recalled after exploding in our daughters bedroom

This product exploded with considerable force that spread burnt black plastic across my daughters entire bedroom. Had we not been home there is every chance that our house would have burnt down. This product needs to be urgently recalled.

They dont seem to last

I've brought a number of these over the past year and have reservations now after seeing then slowly die. The strips seem to have set 3 x LED light fail for some colours (mainly blue seem to die). The glue used is good as haven had any peel off the ceiling ....just leds seem to die so pointless in the end.
Tried to claim under warranty however this would mean having to rip them off the ceiling which takes the paint with them. Some kits were great and didn't have any issues...yet, but out of five sets brought 4 have issues.
One chain I brought started loosing 3 x blue LEDs all the way along the strip with a total of 8 x 3 LED banks dead after 3 months.
Don't seem to be any better than the cheap chinese imported crap that is sold on fleebay making these very expensive. Remote and App work great so when they do work it is a great effect.

You could cut the dead ones off and resolder new ones but in the end you will end up just taking them down and not bothering.
My kids like certain colours so in my case if you don't use something that requires the blue you wont notice. See attached results of effect when they start to die.

Bought these for my sons room. They worked for about a month and after that one day they never started again. Unplugged and tried new batteries in remote but dead. So got abvout a month out of them. Won't buy them again. Will find another brand to try.

Lights are placed far apart, there are 26 lights in one meter and on a total of 320 in 20 meters. Brightness is too low. Adhesive is not suitable for dry wall or gypsum boars.

Great until remote stopped working

Working great, no problems. Bought in early Oct, 21. But remote stopped working within the month. opened to change the battery and that little metal bit fell out with the battery compartment. Obviously needs this in there to work. Lights can still be controlled with the app but not impressed with this.

This product isn’t the best😒😒😒. I installed them quite easily BUT THEY RIP THE PAINT OF OF YOUR WALL!!!!! AND half of the lights don’t even work!!!! SERIOUSLY The emailing service as THEY DONT EVEN REPLY!!!!! Seriously fix the problemsssss
