I’ve been using Bruxism mouth guards every night for over a decade and have tried HEAPS of different brands at all different prices. Despite having used many more expensive ones, I find these cheap boxes of four to be my favourites and have been using them exclusively for the last 18months or so. They’re super easy to mould and to trim down to fit before and during the moulding process. Even though there are two different sizes, I’m able to make use of all four just by trimming the big ones down before moulding. The cut edges are very easy to smooth away when soft. So comfortable to wear I even sometimes forget I’m still wearing them in the morning until I go to eat my breakfast (doh!). These are now my go-to guards and don’t see that changing any time soon. They’re just great.
