Smaller each time. Much cheaper than the original version

Five stars for the original version! We bought this product for our new puppy in July and it has been his favorite ever since... unfortunately the wear and tear took a toll and we decided to get a new one to replace it. When it arrived in the mail and we were surprised at how much smaller and cheap it felt - way thinner material and significantly smaller than the original. I’m guessing their company started to downsize the product or revamp production... definitely a downgrade from the original.

EDIT: Third purchase since our puppy is obsessed with it, but it loses yet another star as the size as decreased AGAIN!

Greatest pet toy ever found at the same time worst toy

My dogs absolutely loved them which makes it even more disappointing

The heart mechanism dies after the return period ends
By then you cannot return

Worst part is I cannot replace the inside heart mechanism there is no communication with this company My dogs enjoyed these stuffed
Animals and heck I wouldn’t even mind replacing the heart beat mechanism just don’t know where

Now I have 2 expensive stuffed animals

Amazon is no help either

Not worth the money, and after reading other reviews after getting ours, it is pretty clear that this once was a worth-it item but has gone downhill significantly in quality. Way too small (smaller than our 12lb puppy), cheap material, no intructions at all and the heartbeat would not turn on for us 3 different times, then once on, it wouldn't turn off. We are returning it. Save your money. We are ordering a totally different brand.

My puppy loves this at bedtime!

I have had it 9 days, and have replaced the batteries 4 times! Every morning, the heartbeat is not on. I wonder if the dog somehow turns it off. But that night, there is a 50% chance I have to put new batteries in! I've tried better, more expensive batteries. No luck!
I would like the manufacturer to send me a new heartbeat container, to try. Otherwise, I would like a refund.

Clicking Sound

The heart never worked correctly. It makes a loud clicking sound along with a heart beat. The clicking sound scares my dachshund. However, he loves it when I leave the heart beat off. I don't want to return the item. I want to have seller to send me a replacement for the heartbeat. I have not been able to find a way to have this done. Hoping someone will see this post and reach out to me for the replacement. I'll give a 5 star on this product if I can just get it to work correctly.

I think if my sad puppy heard more of a sound of a heartbeat instead of clicking buzzing noise maybe it would make more sense but it doesn’t sound like a heartbeat and therefore my three-year-old dog does not like it so I took the heartbeat out of it and he plays with it as is

6 month pup has severe separation anxiety and I was hoping this would help somewhat. He completely ignores it when his anxiety kicks in, but otherwise chews it and tries to kill it when I'm around. Chewed where the heartbeat piece is stored and broke that, then chewed a hole in an ear. Won't be long before he rips pieces off now so unfortunately it's going in the bin
