WHY is there always a BUT when you buy supposedly higher end products.

Key feature of this product is the ability to fast charge via USB C. Why then do they only supply a USBA to USBC cable, which is not capable of FAST charging. USELESS. Premium price for the product when you can buy a less expensive booster for around $100, but NOCO still can’t supply the cable to charge the device. Admittedly there is a cigarette lighter charger, which has a female USB C end, but again you can only slow charge it with the supplied USB A to USB C cable. ITS nuts.

très facile d'utilisation mais ne démarre que 2 ou 3 voitures maxi avant une recharge complète de près d'une journée, donc ne fais pas mieux que mon Suaoki à 100€ qui lui était livré en coque de protection semi rigide, juste un peu plus pratique mais je trouve le prix élevé et son poids beaucoup plus lourd que le Suaoki. En résumé je suis un peu déçu je m'attendais à mieux.

Ricarica complicata e cavi corti

Questo avviatore per motori da 12 V è decisamente costoso (quasi 300 euro in questo momento) e quindi è lecito aspettarsi un uso senza problemi. Non è così!
Personalmente non mi hanno convinto due cose:
* Non è fornito alcun caricatore "da casa", cioè alimentato dalla rete elettrica. Ho provato con quello USB-C da 60 W del PC, ma si accende il LED che segnala l'incompatibilità; un generico caricatore USB ricarica solo a 0,7 A (anche quando potrebbe arrivare a 3) e quindi richiede giorni per arrivare al 100%. L'unica soluzione per me è stato l'uso di un alimentatore da banco con adattatore da accendisigaro: funziona, ma è scomodo e non è un oggetto che si trova in tutte le case... Ovviamente funziona la ricarica tramite un'altra batteria, ma direi che in questo modo si perde il senso di questo oggetto
* I cavi rosso e nero per la batteria sono fissi e corti: 25 cm, oltre la pinza. Questo rende complesso l'uso del booster se nel vano motore non avete uno spazio adatto per appoggiare il caricatore. Cavi staccabili avrebbero permesso il riutilizzo di quelli con doppia pinza che in tanti abbiamo già in auto e lunghi a sufficienza per qualunque uso.
Per il resto troviamo quello che ci si aspetta da un oggetto di utilizzo professionale o quasi: compatto, robusto, certificazioni. Con il plus di una luce LED potente e a lunga durata

Battery life/ charge capacity lackluster

The jump starter works well no doubt.
I did try starting a car with no battery, with no avail.. some people claimed they drove a car from A to B using the jump starter.

I just wanted to crank an old carb engine up for a few seconds to clear out the carb.

When using it to jump my wife's PT cruiser it worked like a charm. No discharge issues or un wanted voltage spikes.

Total jump capacity died pretty quickly on the little 2.4l gas pt engine.

So the jumper works well.. and MAY hold a charge for 6-8 months for a reliable emergency jumper...

But the capacity and total amounts of jump starts per full charge is not accurate.. at least with mine.. I wasnt even jumping a 6.5l deisel or 8.0l gas as claimed. Just a little 4 cylinder.

Definitely the best constructed jump box I've ever purchased. But for the outrageous price and lackluster battery capacity. I am not impressed or happy.

I'd have been just as well off buying one of their $100 ones. (Would probably still choose a cheap noco over other cheaper under $100 jump starters)

Like size, easy to use, but don’t like how quickly it depletes battery energy faster than I thought it would. Only comes with a cigarette lighter charge cord… takes too long to recharge. For $200 they ought to include a faster 110v cord.

It does the job but the battery doesn’t last long and it takes a legit day to charge with a good charger. If you use a basic cube, it won’t charge all the way because it goes into safety mode and stops. Look into the pro if you are serious.
