Very poor quality and app is terrible

Any product for kids needs to be strong. The clasp on the Ace 3 is flimsy plastic and fell off many times. We returned it before it was lost. The app is also terrible. The Ace does not provide heart rate monitoring so you don't get the Sleep Stages information in the app. At the same price point you can get the Fitbit Inspire HR which is built to a much stronger standard; comes with Heart Rate monitoring; and gives you the full range of app features. I cannot recommend this product at all.

We bought our son the Ace 3 for his birthday. He loved it and it worked well (would have said 4 stars!) - until it didn't (and became one star). We always put it on for him to ensure it is secure...but it fell off while we were camping and was lost. He only had it one month. I am very disappointed (and he is devastated). I would think that a child's device would be more secure. Lost devices are not covered by the warranty (no matter how quickly they fail!) and so Fitbit would not help me. Ended up being a lot of money for one months use!

The media could not be loaded.

I have Fitbit charge 2 for years and it’s amazing. I bought three for family members and they all love it. HOWEVER, this Ace3 for kid is very bad! Suddenly no reaction and suddenly wake up. I firstly decide to return and it works again, so I cancel the return but it doesn’t work now in hours. MUST return and would like to try ace2. Disappointed with the product!

Le bracelet manque de qualité. Il s’est brisé après quelques semaines d’utilisation. Sans parler des marques qu’elle laisse sur le bras.La montre devait pouvoir aller sous l’eau. Quand mon fils prend sa douche avec, elle éteint/rallume sans cesse. Nous l’avons acheté à moitié prix et elle ne vaut même pas ça. Tournez vous vers la vivofit de Garmin.

J’ai offert 2 de ces montres à mes garçons à Noël. Le bracelet des 2 a brisé.. j’ai dû en commander à nouveau. Et une des montre ne charge déjà plus donc la montre n’est plus fonctionnelle après même pas 4 mois d’utilisation… grosse déception ! Et je ne sais même pas à qui écrire ou à qui me plaindre pour cet achat et quoi faire ??
