Great sound quality

So I've just put pics from the app because it's pretty cool and you do need it to pair to the headphones. The equaliser is very good. My music sounds great, the noise cancelling is perfect.
It's a pretty lightweight headset for how good the noise cancelling is.
It handles playing my bass heavy music nice and loud as well.
Would recommend this headset for anyone who wants to chill out in peace with some loud beats.
The app having so many presets & sleep ambient noises is really cool, too. The ambient sounds are good quality and you can change the intensity or mix sounds together.

Considerable white noice in Bluetooth normal mode

There are many posts on the internet about white noice on this model and predecessor. It goes again for few minutes if you turn it off an on and then starts creeping up again. I looked it up to see whether I got a faulty piece or not, but apparently it is a common phenomenon.

UPDATE: after couple hours of continuous, my ears are starting to pain, there seems to be an issue with air pressure or something

No noise cancelling when using AUX

I bought these to use on a flight and plug using the AUX into the in-flight screen to watch films but as soon as I plug in the AUX it they switch off and can't be switched on for to use noise cancelling. This is very disappointing and was a feature on the Q20.

Why has this been removed? Can it be added over a firmware update!?

I found them to be of acceptable quality sound ok noise-canceling I have no experience of but they didn't seem to block out noise that well but I have nothing to compare against. the main reason I sent them back is I kept getting loud popping noises and drop out I have a pair of wireless of non-noise canceling headphones so I could compare against these for performance and my old ones were much better same price point maybe I got a defective pair I don't know shame really would have kept them if not for popping.

The headphones look fantastic, the ANC is great, the sound quality is good. BUT after a few minutes from when I turn them on, there are loud cracks and pops that completely nullify all those good things. And they re-occur every few minutes afterwards. I don't know what's causing them. I can't reproduce them on demand. It doesn't happen when I move my head, as I've read in other complaints. Will have to return the item.

Edit: Customer service created a return label for me and said I'd have to re-order the item, so I have. Will update review once I get them replaced.

I bought one of these on Black Friday and from the second day the connection was in and out, there was a hissing sound, and every time I tried to connect it to a second device, there would be problems with the connections with both devices. The high volume was not particularly high and the sound quality was decent but nothing special. I've had Bluetooth headphones for half this price work better for years. The only thing I liked was the comfort on my ears but that makes these just a pair of ear muffs and not usable headphones. I'll be returning them and buying another brand.

I tried those headphones on in my home in front of my TV, turned on the ANC while watching a program where a man hold a lecture, that is he only spoke in a rather mild and low tone of voice and I could hear him without problems! The volume on my TV was on level 15 of 100, that is not loud at all.

What would happen if I used those headphones in a café or on a plane where there are a lot of people talking? Of course the ANC would then hardly have any effect at all.

This is just rubbish if you want an ANC function that's worth it's name.

It's definately a "don't buy" if you're looking for proper noise cancellation.
