Amazing controller, no requirement to look for a "pro" controller anymore

The Dualshock 4 was a very good controller and it served Sony well, I always preferred the Xbox style controller so with the PS4 I ended up getting the Nacon Revolution controllers. But the new dualsense controller for the PS5 is amazing, it's kind of a half way between the Dualshock and a Xbox controller. But the new sensory features the controller brings games to life!

Just play the Astro Bot game that comes with the PS5 with this controller and you just have to marvel at what the Sony engineers have come up with. A fantastic controller with great features and makes gaming that little more enjoyable.

A nice paperweight

Without a console to use it with the controllers only useful purpose is as a paperweight. Thanks Sony for making the launch of the PS5 a major letdown (won't get the console until at least Monday at this point).

You can't label a remote as "good condition" with stick drift

Bought the remote 3 weeks ago and already has stick drift now.
Whilst it is second-hand, I could already see grime and worn-out joysticks.
You can't charge near retail-price for a product that malfunctions, especially when you label it as 'good' condition, when it is obviously seen some use.

I can't even return the remote since it has been modded since.

Update: It became totally unresponsive today. I am utterly disappointed.

Update Update: It's working again (albeit the power button has a weird delay, it takes 4-5 seconds for it to register). Even then, still maintaining the score because you can't repackage a remote with stick drift as good condition.

Along with a few of the reviews already written about this issue, after only a couple months of occasional use and being kept in safe places the left stick drifts profusely to the point where it is almost unusable, very upsetting and disappointing when spending around $90 for only a couple months of use.

Right stick has started to fail. There is a ‘clicking’ feeling every time it gets moved into the right hemisphere. Also suffering from ‘stick drift’, unable to use for and FPS games. Purchased only earlier this year.

The controller became faulty less than 4 months. there is no way to return this under warranty. It says that the return window is closed. How can amazon sell products that fail in less than 4 months. not sure what to do here never buying from amazon again.

I've used this for less than two hours. Tried to startup Hitman 3 and it's absolutely unplayable right stick drifting upwards. I bought this as a spare controller. I've used it for less than 15 minutes?! wtf.
