Nice size and works good enough

I expected it to be slightly out 1 or 2 degrees. Sitting side by side both unit shows slightly different temps. But that's expected, it's not going to be exact same. It's good enough for what it is as long it's not totally out of whack. Works well and doesn't take forever to give you a reading. I had this sat next to several other thermometers and it's close.
