So I like the ACT approach but a lot of this book feels like padding, yes I understand topics need reinforcing but the never ending statements of " you'll remember from the last chapter " or " as we discussed in chapter 4 " get very tiring. I'm dealing with life challenges, I don't have amnesia or memory issues remembering what I read 20 pages back. There is an unfortunate condescending self help vibe to this book, " I want you to close your eyes and let a negative feeling come to you, don't worry, it's just a feeling..... there did you feel it" strewth,,, if you can get past that writing style the content is useful I just think it could have been done with in 50 pages rather than 200
