For someone who dislikes flying, I find it easy to sleep on aeroplanes so this comfortable eye mask was a good buy. The mask has an adjustable strap and the contoured design makes it very easy to adjust and block out the slightest stream of light. Apart from using this when flying and/or sleeping, it will also be useful for me for meditation and relaxation exercises. For light sleepers, the product even comes with a pair of eye plugs.
