I originally had a very old kindle with a case with a flip out light , recently the light began to fail . So I decided to get a new kindle .
I like being able to download books and take them with me , using the kindle , it saves so much space. The new kindle has a built in light , the screen brightens or darkens according to the conditions , love this feature makes it so easy to read with no screen glare .
The touch screen sometimes turns the page when I hold it too near the edge , however it is easy to turn the page back by touching the left side of the screen .
The new cover I have added makes it easier to wake and hold the kindle without touching the screen .
Tapping the top of the screen brings up the home , back , settings , good reads , store and search icons and 3 dots which when tapped open a dropdown menu with sync to furthest page and other handy items making it easy to navigate and change settings .
Tapping the middle of page closes any open menus .
Would highly recommend this kindle to anyone who is used to using a tablet as the steps to use are similar .
A cover so you don't accidentally turn the pages and a bit of practice should make it easy for anyone to use.
